Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
Article 1. General Principle and Restriction on Withdrawal
- This service is a digital content service that provides TradingView-based indicators, algorithm software, and webhook relay software (MOAHook).
- Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal of subscription and full refund are generally unavailable once indicator or algorithm provision has begun, including when TradingView indicator access has been approved and is immediately usable, or when software code has been exposed or permission has been granted.
Article 2. Refund Criteria and Calculation for Usage Passes
The following refund criteria apply equally to 1-month short-term usage passes and longer usage passes exceeding 1 month, including 3-, 6-, and 12-month passes.
- Full refund: A full refund is available only within 7 days of payment and only if the digital content has not been authorized, including TradingView ID approval, and there is no use history for MOAHook. Service commencement is determined by the Company's server logs, including first webhook receipt records and TradingView invitation approval time.
- Partial refund after use or after 7 days: If service use has begun after access was granted, or if a user requests mid-term cancellation after 7 days from payment, the remaining balance is refunded after deducting the fee corresponding to the used period and the transfer fee from the actual payment amount.
Refund amount = actual payment amount - (daily usage fee x used days) - transfer fee (5 USDT)
- The daily usage fee is calculated by dividing the standard 1-month usage price of 119 USDT by 30 days.
- If used-day fees plus the transfer fee exceed the actual payment amount, and the refund amount is less than 0, no refund amount arises.
Article 3. Refund Restrictions for Membership Use
- If a user does not directly pay for bot usage and instead pays through the “membership (fee rebate substitution)” method, the substituted amount is treated as a free benefit or point provided by the Company. Therefore, for any period substituted through membership, bot usage fees are not refunded or returned in cash or virtual assets such as USDT under any circumstances, and rights for the remaining usage period immediately expire upon mid-term cancellation.
- If a membership user requests a mid-term refund for amounts additionally paid within the service, the same refund logic in Article 2 applies, including deduction of daily usage fees and transfer fees.
Article 4. Refund Processing Period
All refunds are completed within 7 business days from the user's refund application date.
Article 5. Termination of Dependent Service Access
- Paid products include access to webhook relay software (MOAHook).
- When a product is refunded and terminated, the dependent MOAHook access is immediately revoked upon completion of the refund process.
Article 6. Refund Restriction for Terms Violations
- If a user reproduces, distributes, reverse engineers, or shares Company works such as algorithm logic or source code with a third party for profit without prior approval, service access is immediately revoked.
- If access is revoked for violating Article 12 of the Terms of Service, remaining-period refunds are unavailable and the user may bear civil or criminal legal responsibility.
Article 7. Non-Refundable Cases Related to Trading Results
The following do not constitute refund grounds.
- Investment losses or principal losses arising from the user's trading.
- Failure to achieve expected profits or performance.
- Results caused by the user's strategy, condition values, webhook, API connection, or related configuration errors.
- Results caused by external factors beyond the Company's control, including exchange outages, API errors, network delays, or slippage.
- Results caused by market environment changes such as volatility or insufficient liquidity.
- Incorrect transfer of virtual assets such as USDT due to an incorrect deposit wallet address or wrong blockchain network selected by the user. In such cases, payment is not recognized as completed and the Company is exempt from any recovery obligation.
If a material defect in the Company's system or a long service outage of 72 hours or more prevents normal use of the service, the Company compensates by providing a pro-rata refund for the outage period or extending the usage period.
Article 8. Membership Invalidation and Recovery for Abuse
If a user engages in abusive acts that violate affiliated exchange rules, including wash trading, multiple account creation, or API abuse, and the exchange cancels fee rebates or confiscates already paid rebate amounts, the relevant membership benefits, including service fee substitution and payback, are retroactively invalidated.
In this case, the Mall may separately charge the user for bot usage fees during the invalidated period and immediately recover all payback previously paid to the user. The user must return such amounts by the method designated by the Mall, including USDT deposit.

This Refund Policy takes effect on April 30, 2026.
