Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version at moabot.kr/privacy shall prevail.

1. Data Controller

Moggle Co., Ltd. (주)모글, a company registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration: 551-81-03353), is the data controller for personal information collected through MOABOT (moabot.kr).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), TradingView username
• Payment Information: USDT payment order and provider status data. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: Subscription status, service access logs, webhook relay logs
• Traffic Attribution Data: Referral code, channel ID, click ID, anonymous visitor ID, UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term, landing path, referrer, and signup, trial, or order conversion events
• Exchange API Keys: Encrypted and stored for webhook relay functionality. We cannot withdraw or transfer funds using these keys.
• Webhook Integration: Exchange API keys (encrypted with AES-256), webhook receive logs, strategy configuration data. API keys are immediately destroyed upon account deletion.
• Transaction Data: Order details and execution result logs relayed through MOAHook. Processed for service stability and dispute resolution purposes, retained for 1 year after service termination, then destroyed.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the software service
• To process subscription payments
• To grant TradingView indicator access
• To relay user-configured webhooks to exchange APIs
• To measure which inbound links lead to signup, trial, and order conversions
• To send service-related notifications (verification codes, subscription updates)
• To respond to customer support inquiries

4. Data Sharing and Processing Delegation

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• NOWPayments: For USDT payment processing
• TradingView: Username only, for indicator access management
• Exchange APIs: Only the data required to relay user-configured alerts
• Cloud Infrastructure: The Constant Company, LLC (Vultr) — servers, database, and network infrastructure in the Seoul region

All data processing delegation contracts clearly stipulate compliance with privacy regulations, confidentiality obligations, prohibition of re-delegation to third parties, and liability in case of incidents.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after deletion request. Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by Korean tax law. Webhook relay logs are retained for 90 days for debugging purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission (TLS) and storage. Passwords are hashed. Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

9. Unified Account (TradingBoost)

TradingBoost is a sister service operated directly by Moggle Co., Ltd. For unified login, member management, and eligibility checks based on your membership plan (by exchange UID), we use your MOABOT account identifiers (email, member ID), plan eligibility data, and exchange UID. Because TradingBoost is operated by us, this use is not a transfer to a third party. Exchange API keys registered on your MOABOT account are also used by TradingBoost to send order requests and confirm results under the same unified account structure.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

We transfer personal data outside the Republic of Korea as follows. You may refuse a transfer; refusing may limit the related feature (for example, exchange integration).

• Operator of your OKX account (typically Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd., Seychelles and countries where OKX operates) — OKX UID, API credentials, symbol, side, quantity, price, order type, and values needed to query orders, fills, balances and positions. Sent over an encrypted network when you use OKX API connection, lookup, or webhook bot execution.
• NOWPayments (FD Transfers LLC), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — payment order data, payment identifiers, deposit wallet address, for USDT payment processing.
• Google LLC, United States and Google data center locations — recipient email address and the content and delivery records of authentication, security, and service notice emails.
• Telegram Messenger Inc. and affiliates, United Arab Emirates and Telegram data center locations — Telegram ID and username, the alerts you selected, and delivery results.

Legal basis: transfers to Google (email), NOWPayments (payment), and our cloud provider are processing entrustment necessary to perform the contract (Article 28-8(1)3 of the Personal Information Protection Act). Transfers to OKX and Telegram are based on your consent to the external integration you selected. Each transfer occurs only when you use the corresponding feature, and you may refuse by not using it or by disconnecting the integration.

11. Automated Processing Based on Your Settings

Order relay features including MOAHook technically forward signals according to the strategy, condition values, webhooks, and exchange API connection you select and configure yourself. We do not create or set investment criteria for individual users. You may stop automated processing at any time by pausing the webhook or integration or by changing your settings, and you may separately request refusal of, or an explanation about, automated processing from our Privacy Officer.
